There appear to be people out there who get their thrills by posting pornographic links on a Catholic webpage dedicated to the Blessed Mother. But all is not lost. † I have been a Catholic all my life. Our daughter left the Faith to go to her husband’s Baptist church. Her critical words against the Catholic Church caused me to want to learn everything I could ‘so as to have an answer’ for the hope that lives in me.
God works in wonderful ways. I have become a Catholic who is constantly trying to learn of every way to explain the beauty and fullness of our wonderful Church---the one without blemish or wrinkle or any such thing. It is the Bride of Christ and so cannot have a flaw---people are the sinners not Christ’s Church! And so now I have fallen head over heels in love with my Church and cannot explain how I have this belief that the Holy Spirit will bring our daughter back to His Church and she will bring her whole family, too.

† I have your web site bookmarked and I am in your site daily,(learning more about becoming a Catholic). I was a Baptist and was baptized 12/24/09. I am also a member of 'First Baptist church' but haven't gone to the church for over two months. After hearing that my whole family on my side, and on my husband side are all 'Roman Catholic's', I started going to 'Saints Peter Church' in my city. I want to stay in the family. My family & my husband's family were all Baptized at the church. On my birthday the 27 the of April - my mother came over and gave me two 'Rosary Beads' & one is my great grand mother's & the other is my grand mother's. I was crying & thanking my mother for them..One Rosary Beads were broken but when I showed father Ted at church the Rosary Beads - he mention that they're worth getting fixed & it wouldn't be more than 10 dollars. So I had the Rosary Beads fixed for 13 dollars & was told by the jewelry store that they're worth 18 hundred dollars.I show my mother the Rosary Beads after being fixed & clean?. My mom was stun when I told her how much the Rosary were worth.I never met my grand mother Lila Mary - She died before I was born but I am named after her - "Mary Lila"... Any ways - I told father Ted at Saints Peter that I want to become Roman Catholic and that I was already Baptized at a Christian Church?. Well Father mention that you only get Baptized once, that starting in August till Easter - I would need to take classes and after Easter - I will be a Roman Catholic. I have alot of learning,(alot different from Baptist but I'm starting to learn). From studying your web site here 'Jude' daily, and watching EWTN - I'm learning. I am even trying to get a job through Catholic Charities. I want to work part time but no Sundays because its the lord's day and its imporant to go to Church,(which I never miss going)..They're residential care jobs that is run through Catholic Charities and I'm trying to get a job there but jobs are now as of right now. I will not give up!.... And now 6 beautiful Rosary Beads I have - I never missed a day learning how to Pray the Rosary with Mother Angelica on EWTN. God Bless ~ Mary
